Here you can make a visual seat plan using a seat map. These meetings are best for <strong>taking interviews,&nbsp;restaurants, cinema-hall, conferences<\/strong> or any sort of&nbsp;<strong>service<\/strong>&nbsp;that requires&nbsp;<strong>one-to-many communication<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meetings Creation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First of all, you need to go to <strong>Timetics -&gt; Meetings -&gt;<\/strong> Click on<strong> &#8220;Add New&#8221;<\/strong>. The type of meetings will be popup. If you select the&nbsp;<strong>Use Default Availability<\/strong>&nbsp;then you can see the preset timetable for that host.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if you want to change your host\u2019s timetable then click on&nbsp;<strong>Customize Availability<\/strong>.
