Arraytics’ Year in Review 2025: A Year of Growth, Fun, and Learning

Year in review of Arraytics

People don’t buy products. They buy better versions of themselves.

That idea shaped how we approached 2025 at Arraytics. It became a year of quick decisions that led to meaningful progress.

Instead of rushing, we spent more time listening. We paid close attention to how people actually use our products, where they slow down, and where things feel harder than they should.

We did long discussions, late nights brainstorming, and plenty of trial and error only to make your journey easier and smoother.

Let’s wrap up what we did through out this year and what’s ahead. In this year in review 2025 post, we will share our entire journey. What we worked on, what we learned along the way, and how those lessons are shaping what we build next.

Just an honest look at the year behind us and the path ahead.

A quick glimpse of Arraytics in 2025

We started our journey in 2013 with one clear goal: to build technology that makes work easier and smoother for real people.

A quick glimpse of Arraytics in 2025

Over the years, that focus helped us grow from a small WordPress product team into a company working across WordPress, AI, SaaS, and modern web technologies.

Our products are shaped by hands-on use and constant feedback from site owners, businesses, and developers. We don’t build in isolation. Every feature comes from real problems we see users facing every day.

Our flagship products of 2025

  • Eventin: Plan, host, and manage events directly from the WordPress dashboard
  • WPCafe: Manage restaurant menus, orders, and reservations in one place

The focus that shaped our 2025

Throughout 2025, Arraytics grew through consistent work and close collaboration with our users. That progress came from a few core values that guided how we worked and helped shape our success.

Every step forward was built on team effort and user trust.

We value our team’s ethics and bonding

Strong collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect helped us stay aligned and work more effectively as a team.

We tackle challenges together

Instead of facing problems alone, we worked through them as a team, making better decisions even during complex situations.

We ensure quality over quantity

We focused on building stable, well-tested solutions instead of rushing features, delivering improvements that truly mattered to users.

Product updates in 2025 that made a real impact for 70,000 users

In 2025, our focus at Arraytics was clear: build products that solve real problems and fit naturally into how people work every day. Instead of chasing volume, we invested time in improving core workflows, performance, and usability across our product lineup.

“These updates reached nearly 70,000 users worldwide, helping businesses manage bookings, events, marketing, and operations with less friction and more confidence.”

Every improvement was guided by real usage, honest feedback, and practical needs, ensuring that what we shipped delivered measurable value, not just new features.

Let’s see the overall updates of our core products:

4. Eventin: The best event manager plugin for WordPress

In 2025, Eventin went through a major core upgrade with the launch of Eventin 4.0. We focused on strengthening the foundation, improving performance, and refining everyday event workflows.

Key updates included a new Gutenberg-based Template Builder, advanced email automation, a redesigned RSVP system, and multivendor enhancements. These improvements made Eventin more flexible, stable, and easier to manage at scale.

5. WPCafe: All-in-one restaurant management plugin for WordPress

WPCafe 3.0 marked a complete rebuild with a modern React-based architecture. The update focused on speed, clarity, and real restaurant workflows.

With a new Intelligence Hub, live order tracking, multivendor support, flexible scheduling, and improved menu and reservation management, WPCafe became more reliable and easier to use for single-location and multi-location restaurants.

Timetics AI 2.0 is ready to make its first footstep.

Most scheduling tools help people book time. That works fine until real work begins.

We kept seeing the same problem. Experts are giving extra time for free. Meetings are running longer than planned. More tools have been added just to handle payments, follow-ups, and teams.

Time was being used, but not respected. So we rebuilt Timetics AI.

Timetics AI 2.0 protects your time while helping you earn from your expertise. Offer help on your terms, set clear boundaries, and charge fairly when more time is needed, without unproductive conversations.

Instead of stopping at booking, smart appointment scheduling software supports the full flow of real service work. Scheduling, availability, services, teams, payments, and automation all work together in one place.

We didn’t rebuild Timetics AI to add more features. We rebuilt it to make time fair for experts and the people they help.

Why businesses choose Timetics AI 2.0 over Calendly or Cal

Calendly and Cal are great for simple meeting booking. But as companies grow, scheduling becomes more than picking a time.

We saw teams struggle with:

  • Too many manual steps to manage sessions
  • No clear way to handle paid services
  • Limited control over teams and availability
  • Extra tools needed for payments, follow-ups, and automation

Core Timetics AI 2.0 features that matter

Service-based scheduling built for real business workflows
Smart availability management with buffer times and custom intervals
Team and staff scheduling with role-based control
Automated confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
Integrated virtual meeting setup (Zoom and Google Meet)
Payment-ready booking flows for paid services
AI-assisted scheduling to reduce manual work
Central dashboard to manage bookings, services, and performance

It’s not just about sharing availability. It’s about protecting time, earning from expertise, and running services without friction. Timetics AI 2.0 wasn’t built to win on simplicity alone. It was built to support real work, real people, and real business needs.

Themes that we have released in 2025

In 2025, our theme updates were driven by stability, compatibility, and real-world use. Rather than surface-level changes, we focused on performance improvements, security fixes, and tighter integration with our expanding plugin ecosystem.

Themes that we have released in 2025

Some themes received focused improvements based on user feedback and usage patterns.

  • Instive (Insurance & service theme): Redesigned the Insurance Plan Slider after layout issues were reported and introduced Booktics integration to support service-based booking use cases.
  • Poptics integration was added to 14 themes; including Eventplace, Cuinare, Bascart, Qoxag, Privsa, Turitor, Gloreya, Instive, Digiqole, Deliciko, Buildbench, Exhibz, and Geobin. This gave users built-in tools for lead generation, exit-intent popups, and email opt-ins, helping them turn traffic into real engagement.
  • Booktics integration was rolled out across 6 service-focused themes, Inzox, Privsa, Instive, Digiqole, Induxo, and Autrics, providing a native appointment booking experience tailored for service-based websites.

These integrations reduced setup friction and allowed users to launch marketing and booking features faster, directly from their chosen theme.

More insights that inspire us to grow, scale and move forward

In 2025, our team continued to grow in a steady and thoughtful way. With 30+ team members working across 45+ products and more than 12 years in the WordPress space, we focused on building a balanced structure where product, design, support, and marketing teams could work closely without silos.

More insights that inspire us to grow, scale and move forward

Collaboration improved through clearer ownership, better communication, and shared goals across teams. We spent more time reviewing work together, testing ideas early, and learning from feedback before shipping updates.

Internally, our processes became more organized. Documentation improved, handoffs became smoother, and support and product teams stayed better aligned. These changes helped us move faster while maintaining quality across everything we shipped.

Some memorable moments that we can’t forget

Our team tours in 2025 gave us time to step away from daily work and reconnect as people. These moments helped us reflect on how far we’ve come, strengthen team bonding, and return with fresh energy and clearer focus.

WordCamp dhaka 2025 by Arraytics

A major highlight of the year was attending and sponsoring WordCamp Dhaka 2025 as Arraytics. It was our first WordCamp as a sponsor, and the experience was truly special. We connected with 893 attendees at our booth, shared ideas, listened to real user stories, and became part of the wider WordPress community in a meaningful way.

Alongside work and events, simple dine-outs played an important role in our journey. These relaxed moments helped us unwind, share conversations beyond tasks, and build stronger relationships as a team. Sometimes, the smallest moments leave the biggest impact.

Plans that we could implement in a better way

Not every idea worked as expected in 2025, and that’s part of building products in the open. Some features didn’t work the way we expected, a few experiments didn’t scale, and a handful of decisions needed rethinking after real-world use.

In some cases, we moved too early without enough validation. In others, we learned that solving a problem required a simpler approach than we first assumed. User feedback played a key role in helping us spot these gaps quickly.

These experiences helped us refine how we plan, test, and prioritize. Going forward, we’re placing more emphasis on early feedback, clearer problem definition, and smaller iterations before wider releases.

Lessons we’re taking forward for 2026

2025 gave us clearer direction through real usage and honest feedback. Our users reminded us that simplicity, stability, and clarity matter more than long feature lists. The more we listened, the better our decisions became.

“What surprised us most was how much impact small improvements had. Better workflows, faster performance, and clearer onboarding often mattered more than big feature launches.”

We also learned what to stop doing. Rushing releases, overcomplicating setups, and building without enough validation are things we’re moving away from.

Looking forward to accomplishing something big in 2026

As we move into 2026, our focus remains simple and clear. Everything we build is guided by the people who use our products every day.

For everything, we would like to show our gratitude:
